This delicious recipe was created by the Michelin starred kitchens of the Sharrow Bay Hotel. The Cumbrian chicken is cooked to tender perfection, with a medley of delicate but intensely flavoursome mushrooms and rich double cream from carefully husbanded local herds.

Storage: Store in a cool dry place. No need for refrigeration. If pack is leaking or damaged do not use.

Hob: Empty the contents into a saucepan. Warm over a medium heat and heat thoroughly until piping hot. Stir occasionally.

Microwave: The following is guide only. Gently shake the pouch for 10 seconds and then remove the top of the pouch where indicated. Heat on high (100%) for 3 minutes for Cat D 750W or 2 1/2 minutes for Cat E 850W. Stir and then heat on high (100%) for a further 1 minute. Check the product is hot and stir again before serving.
