Help using this site
Shopping with Epicurium couldn't be any easier. You will find everything you need in the menu on the left, titled 'Shop by category'. Alternatively, you can click on the 'All Products' tab at the top of the screen for a quick look at the full range and sort by name / price / SKU and date Added. When you have decided on your choice you can view your 'Shopping Basket' at the top right part of the screen.

How to purchase
When you find a product you would like to purchase, please type in the quantity you would like and then click on the 'add to cart' button. This will automatically add the product to your shopping basket on the right of the page. All products have pictures of their packaging and more details if you click on the product name or image.

Once you are happy with the contents of your basket click on 'Go to checkout' and you will be asked for your delivery and billing address.

What's your minimum order?
We don’t have one! However, delivery charges will be applied to smaller orders falling below our free delivery threshold for your region.

How much is delivery?
For most parts of the UK delivery is free for orders over £80 (excluding VAT). For those regions where delivery costs are higher we aim to subsidise delivery by an equivalent amount, so all customers receive the same level of discount on delivery charges.

Where do you deliver to?
By partnering with some of the UKs most respected couriers such as FedEx and DPD, we deliver to all parts of the UK, the Republic of Ireland, and Europe and beyond. For deliveries outside the UK, please ensure that products meet any specific regulations for your country. We’re happy to offer invoicing and payment in Euro, but please do let us know us when we’re setting up your account.

When will I receive my order?
Once an order is complete we aim to dispatch within 48 hours (stock allowing), and for most parts of mainland UK delivery should be on the the next working day. For courier deliveries, you’ll receive a notification by email from our courier partner to let you know they have the parcel and to give an indication of when it will be delivered. To ensure a timely delivery, please ensure the delivery details are correct and recognisable to our courier drivers. As we deliver only to business addresses we do expect that there will be someone available at the address to receive the order during normal business hours.

How do I pay for my orders?
You can pay us by credit/debit card, BACS transfer, or cheque. Full payment must be received before orders can be dispatched Direct debit payment and trade credit accounts are available to established regular customers meeting our criteria & subject to the usual credit checks. Please ask for details if you’d like to hear more about these options.

Do you work with any buying or symbol groups?
Yes! If you’re a NISA, Costcutter, Londis, Budgens or Booker / Premier member, we can invoice through one of these buying groups. Once we’ve confirmed your membership you’ll be able to order directly from us under your normal terms with your symbol group.

What shelf life do you offer?
We aim to provide you with the very best shelf life on our ranges where possible, however due to the nature of the products some are naturally shorter shelf life. Please do ask prior to ordering if you have any specific requirements

Can I change my account details?
Yes you can change delivery address (to amend an existing and/or add a new address) but please note, if you'd like to change your main statement address for invoicing and account purposes, deal notify us by email or phone.

Delivery & currency
All the products on the site are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT if applicable. To find out more on delivery please view the Shipping and Returns page.
